Anyone else sick of see-sawing from spring to winter? All we want to do is sit in the sun, sipping beers on a patio. Spring is this close so let's generate some of those sunshiny vibes. It's not warm outside but we can still pretend, right? Heat up with a little yoga and cool down with a flight of frosty brews! Join us for a little yoga at this month's Detox to Retox!
Here's the breakdown: 1 hour yoga session, led by a certified yoga instructor, followed by 1 hour beer tasting, guided by the pros at Black Oak Brewing. Getting bendy for beer will be the perfect way to trick yourself into thinking that you’re getting ready for beach season ;).
If you're searching for a way to hang in shavasna while learning about cold brews, then you've landed on the right mat. Detox to Retox is all about getting the blood pumping, and finishing it off with delicious beer and some serious chill.
Please note that, although we love you all, this is a 19+ event. ID will be checked at the door and the youngen’s won’t even get to lay there.
