First Steps in FLS Planning-June 2015

There are countless reasons and benefits for organizations to provide French Language Services (FLS). However, delivering services in French isn't as easy as flipping a swtich: there are many considerations, steps, and planning tools to consider.

In this webinar, Andrea and Patrick will introduce basic concepts in why and when you should begin to plan and offer services in French, how to go about planning and implementating these services, and share stories from the field. This webinar builds on the series of webinars and resources that HC Link has developed on Engaging and Working With Francophones. By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

1. identify the conditions that promote successful development and implementation of FLS,
2. identify the actions they can take to provide and promote FLS.
