About this event
Preparing meals can be stressful as a student with time and money constraints. The busy student lifestyle makes it more difficult to plan nutritious AND budget friendly meals. For these reasons, this food skill workshop aims to provide an opportunity for students to develop the skills and confidence needed to plan and cook healthy, inexpensive meals. Whether you are new to cooking or have years of experience, this workshop is for you**!
In this student-led workshop you will follow the instructions for one of our pre-selected recipes through Zoom, cooking from the comfort of your own kitchen. You provide the kitchen tools and we will provide all the ingredients!
***You must be a UBC Okanagan student to register for this event***
