Yes, the application fee is mandatory to apply for the Fully Funded seats.
No, the flight ticket and visa fee are not included in either of the packages. Delegates must book their own flights and visas.
Registration fees are non-refundable. In case the event is cancellation, delegates are entitled to a refund. However, if the event is postponed for any reason, delegates will be notified of the new dates and venue, with no refunds issued in such cases.
