Description
With the excitement surrounding Wabasca’s downtown developments, Eagle Point Golf Course, new businesses throughout the hamlets, and ongoing support for the oil, gas and lumber industries, The Municipal District of Opportunity is pleased to announce the return of the Land of Opportunity Expo. This event will once again provide us with a forum to showcase and celebrate the continuous growth of the district.
As one of the largest community events & tradeshows held in the MD of Opportunity, the Land of Opportunity Expo will:
- Provide a family-friendly, action-packed event for residents while attracting visitors from the Slave Lake and Athabasca areas
- Provide an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to showcase their products & services
- Showcase the Municipal District’s Community Programming and Development Department and their facility, the Lakeview Sports Centre
