Arrival Instructions

Access to Convocation Hall is via the north entrance.

Doors open 90 minutes prior to event start. (9:30 a.m.)

Guests must be seated by 10:45 a.m.

Any person entering Convocation Hall must have registered in advance.

Photo ID will be required for entry.

Tickets will not be issued for this event.

Maximum of two registrants per order.

Seating available on a first come first served basis.

Registration does not guarantee admittance to the event.

Accessible Seating

Convocation Hall is a historic building with no elevators or escalators. The main rotunda floor is at grade; the main hall tiers and all balconies are accessed by stairs only. Event Security

For security purposes, registrants consent to the reasonable inspection of their property before entering Convocation Hall. The University of Toronto reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person refusing such procedures and/or where a search produces contents or items deemed unlawful, dangerous, or prohibited by the University of Toronto in their sole and absolute discretion.

Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” will not be permitted in Convocation Hall.

There is no claim check or storage facility in Convocation Hall for items that are not permitted in the Hall.

Parking

Parking is limited on campus. Public transit is recommended. Please note that parking will not be permitted around King’s College Circle. For further information, please visit: http://www.transportation.utoronto.ca

Public Transportation

There are four subway stations on or very near the University of Toronto’s St. George campus: Queen’s Park Station, Museum Station, St. George Station and Spadina Station. The 506 Carlton and 510 Spadina streetcar routes will take you to the southern or western edges of campus. The 94 Wellesley bus runs through campus.

No food or beverages are permitted.
