WiL Networking Conference: The 14% - “Why are only 14% of C-Suite Executives Female?”

Queen’s MBA invites you to attend our annual Women in Leadership summit hosted in our Toronto location at 200 Front Street on October 20th , from 6-9pm.
The evening will serve as an opportunity to network with ~100 women in MBA programs within Canada, and engage in a shared environment of empowerment and passion with fellow leaders.
The theme of the evening will be “14%”, focusing on the alarming statistics surrounding the lack of females in C-Suite positions internationally, and how our generation can work to balance these numbers.
The evening will encompass round-table discussions based on the industry of focus for our delegates, and then shift to a panel of powerful women in C-Suite positions currently, sharing their experiences and advice on how to balance the mere 14%.
