The objective of the Global Conference on Human Resource Management (GCHRM) is to provide a platform for professionals and experts from various fields, including academia, research, policymaking, human resource management, and labor law, to share their latest research findings, contemporary knowledge, and investigative insights on interrelated business and human resource management disciplines.

This conference aims to advance the field of human resource management by discussing various topics of interest, such as communication skills, conflict resolution, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, mindfulness, stress management, and digital skills.

Through the rigorous double-blind peer review process, only the highest quality research will be presented, and professionals from different industries, such as organizational psychologists, compensation and benefits specialists, talent acquisition experts, training and development professionals, diversity and inclusion specialists, and business managers are welcomed to contribute and collaborate at the conference. The GCHRM seeks to create an environment that fosters learning, sharing of expertise, and building networks among participants.

  • Any correction on the invitation letter will cost US$50.
