You can taste everything from savoury barbeque and sweet desserts to craft beers and sophisticated wines; all in beautiful Officers' Square and created by New Brunswick's finest chefs and producers. While Feast in the Field is a unique opportunity to sample delicacies from around our province, it's also an opportunity to empower your community! Every dollar raised during this event goes directly to providing services focused on the needs of individuals living with a mobility disability and their families in the greater Fredericton area. After all, that's what we do here at Ability NB… empower people of all ages living with a mobility disability to live independently and be more active in our community.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, all guests at Feast in the Field must be 19 or over and be able to provide identification.Young children, babies, and pets are not permitted in Officers' Square during Feast in the Field due to safety concerns.
Do VIP ticket holders get early access to all the food and beverage exhibitors?
Our VIP guests will be treated to a special reception in the event tent one hour before Feast in the Field begins (1-2 pm). This special pre-event will include exclusive food and drinks that are not available during Feast in the Field. Unfortunately, VIPs will NOT be permitted to sample from any of the food or beverage exhibitors until 2pm, although they will be first in Officers' Square once the event begins.
Do VIP guests get to go to the front of the line ups at Feast in the Field? are there other benefits?
VIP ticket holders will not be able to move to the front of the the exhibitor line ups at Feast in the Field. All of our VIPs will recieve a complimentary butler tray and special wine glass for the event along with admission to our pre-event reception held in the event tent from 1-2pm. VIP guests who attend the pre-event reception will be the first guests on the field at 2pm and can be among the first at their favourite exhibitor at the start of the event. Some exhibitors may offer special items for our VIP ticket holders, but this is at the discretion of the exhibitor and not guaranteed.
What should I bring to the event?
Aside from your appetite and weather appropriate clothing, there's not much more that you need to enjoy Feast in the Field. There will be opportunities to purchase butler trays ($5) and raffle tickets ($5) during the event. We do recommend you take a few dollars to make sure that you have a safe way home.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please bring your printed tickets. We cannot guarantee that we will have the ability to process electronic tickets onsite. Your admission ticket will be collected at the registration desk once you enter the event. Your ticket for any pre-purchased butler trays will also be required to claim your plates once you arrive in Officers' Square.
What are my parking options getting to the event?
Guests are invited to park along Queen Street or other public parking areas downtown. Street parking meters and many parking areas are free in the City of Fredericton on Sundays. Parking behind the Fredericton Regional Library on Carleton Street will be reserved for exhibitors.
