A Space to Soften: Women’s Breathwork + Mindful Movement

A Space to Soften: Women’s Breathwork + Mindful Movement

Overview

A small, women-only breathwork experience for slowing down, softening the inner critic, and reconnecting with yourself.

An intimate afternoon for women who want to slow down, step away from the pressure of everyday life, and practice meeting themselves with a little more kindness.

Only 12 women will be part of this experience. Seven women are already joining us, with five spaces remaining.

Together, we will move through mindful movement and grounding, heart-coherence meditation, conscious connected breathwork, journaling, tea, and optional sharing.

No previous experience with breathwork, meditation, or mindful movement is needed. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.

Sometimes the way we speak to ourselves becomes so familiar that we barely notice it.

The pressure to keep going. The expectations. The self-criticism. The feeling that we should be handling things better, doing more, or somehow be different than we are.

A Space to Soften is an opportunity to step away from some of that pressure, slow things down, and explore what it feels like to meet yourself with a little more kindness.

What the afternoon will look like

We will begin with mindful movement and grounding, giving you time to settle into the space before moving into a guided heart-coherence meditation.

From there, we will move into a conscious connected breathwork journey accompanied by carefully chosen music.

Breathwork can feel different for everyone. You may notice emotion, energy, physical sensations, insight, stillness, or simply become more aware of what is happening in your body. There is no particular experience you need to have and nothing you need to accomplish through the breath.

Your experience is always your own. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and can change your breathing, return to your natural breath, pause, or rest whenever you need to.

After the breathwork, there will be quiet time to rest, journal, and notice what is present before we slowly come together for optional sharing, tea, snacks, and connection.

The intention is not to fix or change anything about yourself.

It is simply an opportunity to experience what it feels like to move through an afternoon with a little less pressure and a little more kindness.
