What type of reception is this?
This will be a seated reception similar to previous in-person AGM events. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to select your choice of entrée.
What is the face mask requirement?
Face masks are mandatory during the entire event, except when actively eating, drinking or having your photo taken.
Is there a capacity for this event?
Yes, due to Health and Safety precautions, the event is capped at 120 registrations. RSVPs are taken on a first come, first served basis. Register early to save your spot!
Is there a deadline for registration?
The deadline to register is October 31, 2022. However, event capacity is limited to 120 guests total and it is possible that the capacity will be reached prior to registration deadline. Make sure to register early if you plan to attend.
What happens if the event is at capacity when I register?
If the event reached 120 guests by the time you register, you will be placed on a waitlist. If another guest cancels, you will be given their spot.
Can I drop by on the day of without registering?
Due to Health and Safety precautions and event capacity, we require everyone to register prior to the RSVP deadline of October 31st. Please note that the event may reach capacity prior to the deadline. Register early to save your spot!
Can I bring a colleague on the day of without registering them?
Unfortunately, due to Health and Safety precautions, guests may only attend AGM if they register through this page by the deadline of October 31st and prior to the event reaching its capacity of 120 guests.
What should I do if I registered, but can no longer attend?
Please notify the Radiation Oncology Office email at Radiation.Oncology@utoronto.ca as soon as possible and prior to October 31st. If the event is at capacity, you will be helping to free up space for anyone who is on the waitlist.
