After hearing from 63.9% of our employees, it is now time to share the highly anticipated results from the 2023 Engagement Survey launched to all employees earlier this year. Insights such as these make a huge difference toward creating opportunities for positive changes we want to see within our work environment.
President Claude Brulé will be joined by Vice-President Human Resources Diane McCutcheon, Director of People and Culture David Soltis, and our survey partner Zak Rochon from Metrics@Work, to share what we heard reflected in the data and where we go from here as a community in actioning the results.
