Chamber Members are invited to the Chamber's in person 2024 Annual Meeting and Dinner Event on Thursday, May 2, 4pm-9pm in the Lounge & Verandah Room of the beautiful Sherwood Inn.

Connect with local business leaders, meet your new Chamber Board of Directors, and hear from our Guest Speaker, Terry Rees.

Stay the Night! The Sherwood Inn has made 15 of their Inn rooms available for guests who would like to stay overnight at a special Chamber rate of $110 for May 2 only.

Your evening looks like this (timing subject to change as we get closer to event day):

4-5:30pm Check in and Connecting over Cocktail Hour - no need to bring your tickets: we've got you!

Enjoy a complimentary beverage (beer or wine) while catching up with old friends and making news ones in the lounge area and Verandah Room or on the outside deck. Social hour bevvie courtesy of The Wahta Station.

5:30pm Find yourself a table in the Verandah Room. Open Seating.

GUEST SPEAKER: TERRY REES, Sustainability Advocate, Water Champion, Community Builder and outgoing Executive Director of the Federation of Ontario Cottagers Association (FOCA) after leading FOCA for 20 years and introducing new FOCA CEO Lesley Lavender.

Welcome and Land Acknowledgment and introduction of Guest Speaker Presentations.

As dessert is served, we will open the Chamber Annual Meeting business portion of the evening, including the President's Address, and Minutes, Financial and Executive Director Reports and your incoming Board of Directors.

Following meeting adjournment before 9pm, you are invited to linger. The bar will be open.

About your dinner:

3 course dinner with red and white wine at your table. Vegetarian and Vegan options available. Please make your selection known along with your ticket.

Service charges, taxes and tips on top of your dinner price are on us, your Chamber. However, feel free to add your own tips as well. Sherwood's staff are coming in specially to serve us this evening.

You're a Chamber Member but can not attend this evening? You can still request Year End financials and information before the event (as of April 11, 2024).
