Refund Policy: Registrants may cancel their registration for a course at any time. Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the unattended portion of the course. Refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the course duration that remains unused at the time of cancellation. Transaction fees (E.g., Eventbrite fees, etc.) will not be refunded. Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 7 – 30 business days. Refunds will be issued through original payment method or Electronic Funds Transfer or filing other methods by cheque.
