The seventh annual Women in Engineering Summit (WES) is your opportunity to get inspired and invest in yourself.
Take action on your career! WES will empower you with strategies and insights to navigate your career and make it fit for you. With a lineup of expert speakers and panelists, you'll dive deep into what it takes to conquer challenges and come out stronger and better prepared for success. The 2024 Summit theme is “Empowering Women and Gender-Diverse individuals through Mid-Career Transitions”.
You’ll have the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and collectively elevate our journeys. We encourage you to use WES as a platform to shape your trajectory, take impactful actions, and champion positive change in the engineering landscape.
