The conference will be held at The LINQ Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, from September 24-26, 2024.
Animal welfare organizations currently using PetPoint or Chameleon as their data management software are invited to attend. Please ensure your organization is aware of your attendance.
Registration for the event is free. However, attendees are responsible for covering travel, accommodations, food, and incidentals.
All expenses incurred during the event, including travel, accommodations, food, and incidentals, are the responsibility of the individual attendee.
Yes, we've secured a preferred hotel room rate at The LINQ Hotel of $99.00 per night + a daily resort fee of $30 per room per night. This rate is for single or double occupancy.
Wireless internet is provided in-room as part of the resort fee. Property-wide roaming may be available for an additional fee.
Taxis, car rentals, and shuttles are available from Harry Reid International Airport.
Currently, The LINQ Hotel does not offer a shuttle service. However, commercial shuttle buses are available 24 hours daily outside baggage claim and depart the airport every 15-20 minutes. The ticket price is $15 per person one way, and the discounted round-trip fare is $18 (price subject to change)
Valet and self-parking are available.
The conference is taking place at The LINQ, which makes it convenient to take advantage of the dedicated room block.
Currently, there are no plans to offer an online option for attendance.
Yes, there will be some joint sessions between PetPoint and Chameleon users; however, most sessions will be split into two tracks to focus on the individual needs of each group of users.
We recommend selecting one track for the duration of the conference. However, attendees may switch tracks if needed.
Meals will not be provided. However, a reception with drinks and light appetizers will be held on the evening of September 24, 2024.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available. For other dietary restrictions, please contact the event organizer.
We recommend bringing a laptop, pens, a notepad, and a refillable water bottle.
