It's time to prioritize your wellness with our upcoming Community Wellness Conference
May 10th, 11th and 12th!
Three days of action-packed workshops, presentations, and fitness classes.
On Friday evening we are pleased to host author Adam Shoalts! Shoalts is a professional adventurer who inspires audiences with insights on personal leadership, resilience & risk management. Named one of the “greatest living explorers” by Canadian Geographic, and "Canada's Indiana Jones” by the Toronto Star, Shoalts is the author of five national bestselling books. His career has included mapping rivers, leading expeditions, archeological digs, tracking endangered species, and completing a nearly 4,000 km solo journey across Canada's Arctic.
Saturday and Sunday features guest speakers on mindfulnes, mental health, nutrition and more!
This is made possible with a BC Hydro Go Fund grant.
This conference is brought to you by the Hope for Health Society. We are a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that relies mostly on grant funding to bring wellness options to our community. We aim to offer free or minimal cost programming.
Please note that as this is our second year, session details and schedule may change as we get more information from our presenters and vendors. We thank you for your patience.
Last Schedule Update: March 8, 2024 (ongoing)
