*Red Fox Fungi will supply mushroom growing kits and demonstration materials.

*2 hour culinary mushroom growing demonstration hosted by red Fox Fungi and the RHOA.

*Each resident will be equipped with a mushroom fruiting block.

*Each mushroom fruting block will be inoculated with the species Pleurotus ostreatus (oyster mushrooms).
