Wondering why it's called 4C? Come to hear more!

Why are we meeting?

Connection is an essential for every human. Sadly, many of us are experiencing more disconnection all the time.

I am committed to expanding powerful ways to grow meaningful connection. Growth begins in small "pockets" when people have the skills and awareness to start a new conversation. When we experience authentic connection, the impact on our our workplaces, families and within our own hearts, is a catalyst for deeper and more meaningful connection for those in our circle of influence.

May Discussion:

We are all hardwired for belonging. The hard reality is that in today's culture of "connectedness", so many of us are lonely. The stakes are high. Research shows that a lack of true belonging and connection can lead to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders and more.

What do we really know and understand about love and belonging? Do we actually know what gets in the way of the love and belonging that we need?

At this meetup we are going to look at two chapters: "Exploring the Power of Love, Belonging and Being Enough" and "The Things that Get in the Way".

We're going to look at what Brené's research says about some really important questions about belonging.

Come learn new language and skills that will help you cultivate meaningful relationships.

Don't forget to register.

Attendees should:

1) Read Chapters titled "Exploring the Power of Love, Belonging and Being Enough" and "The Things that Get in the Way" before coming to this discussion. Bring your book. Don't be afraid to underline and make notes. :)

2) There is a maximum of 12 attendees, so please book your seat.

3) Please share with anyone who loves a great book and a fantastic discussion!
