Understanding Conflict Workshop - North Campus

In this workshop, we will discuss common sources of conflict in interpersonal and group settings. Students will reflect on thier own responses to conflict and how communication impacts a conflict. The Leadership Peer Coaches will share tips for dealing with conflict through assertive communication.

*This workshop is part of the Leadership Certificate series. Students who complete 3/5 workshops in the series and submit their reflection of learning, will receive a Leadership Certificate of Completion and will be able to add this experience to their Co-Curricular Record.
