In honour of Pride Month, we wish to highlight the importance of 2SLGBTQIA+ representation in the workplace.

Join us for an engaging and interactive session celebrating Pride Month, dedicated to recognizing and promoting the importance of 2SLGBTQIA+ representation. We will explore gender and sexual history prior to colonization and examine queer and trans rights across the globe. With this understanding, we’ll connect these topics back to the workplace, emphasizing the need for inclusion and awareness of diverse intersectional identities within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We encourage you to bring your ideas, questions, and thoughts as we aim to create a resource guide with best practices together. Participation is optional. This event is focused on highlighting the importance of fostering a supportive and affirming workplace culture where individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions feel valued, respected, and included.
