John has been an influential member of the community-based peer networking and mentoring group, TechSelect. As an advocate for the IT channel and customers, John has worked with the group and their vendor partners to help shape programs and market direction. The goal is to ensure that customers enjoy optimal programs, services, and support that meet their evolving needs.

Soumya Ghosh, Director, MNP Digital

Soumya Ghosh is a seasoned leader and technology professional with 15 years of experience in formulating strategy, building relationships, building teams, solving complex problems, managing projects, and delivering value to clients and organizations. As the Director of MNP Digital, he works with executive stakeholders to drive innovative digital and technology-focused solutions that improve customer experience.

Soumya has a track record of success in developing Smart City and Open Data strategies. She led the development of Edmonton's first Smart City and Open Data strategies and managed Edmonton's award-winning Open Data Program. Soumya was also instrumental in delivering Edmonton's $50 million proposal for the Canadian Smart Cities Challenge.
