Online Modules
Once registered you will receive your "online key" for the modules. They will be sent to your email address that matches your Heart & Stroke account. The modules and exam MUST be completed prior to the in-person class.
CPR
You must have current BLS in order to take ACLS. There will be a BLS course hosted 1 hour prior to this ACLS course for those needing an update. Registration information will be provided. The BLS class will only be open to those registered for this particular ACLS course

What is the refund policy?
For all participants, there is a $25 non-refundable administrative cost built into the costs of registration. Transfers are made by registration cancellations and then reregistration and are subject to the $25 admin fee - this must be done by contacting the organizer.
For registration cancellations - Fees are non-refundable 5 business days prior to the course, unless accompanied by a physicians note (administrative fee will still apply).
In case of a course cancellation, participants will be notified 5 business days in advance of the course and all fees, including the administrative fee, will be refunded.

What are the required readings for ACLS?
It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain the 2020 ACLS Provider Manual which is the required textbook for this course. It can be purchased through Heart and Stroke Foundation. In addition, lending libraries are available through CDH ER. Books are available free of charge to borrow from Terra Lee, CNE ER
