ADHD BOOTCAMP - NIGHT OWL EDITION!
Event Information
About this Event
HEY AUSTRALIA AND PEOPLE WHO ARE NIGHT OWLS!
If you have ADHD, you know how overwhelming it can feel to start making change. Yes, you want to start a new exercise routine. But first you have to dig your jogging shoes out of that massive pile of crap in your closet. And in order to do that you'll need to buy new Rubbermaid bins to put the stuff from your closet IN. And in order to do *that* you'll need to replace the debit card you lost last week. And in order to do *THAT* you'll need to find the phone number for the bank... you get it.
Dusty is an ADHD Coach from Vancouver, BC. ADHD Coaching is a supportive process that sees client and coach partner to solve problems and find both short- and long-term solutions. But when you're buried under a mountain of disorganization, often coaching can become 'disorganization triage'. Whether you're looking to get more mileage out of a coaching relationship or you just need a 'hard reset' on some areas of your life that have gotten away from you, the ADHD Bootcamp can help dig you out and set you up for success.
So what IS the bootcamp? It's 3 X 8-hour guided video sessions and one final 4 hours video session over two weekends and a series of structured activities and accountability check ins for the week in between. It requires participants to commit fully to the process. We will work through helping you organize and declutter your physical space, your digital space, work on your administrative and financial organization, and we will explore meal planning, better ADHD strategies for getting things done and tackling some of the toughest to do's you've been avoiding. The goal is to emerge from the end of the bootcamp lightened of your many productivity burdens and to dos, in a clean and tidy space, armed with at least the knowledge and ideas of what to do moving forward to help yourself stay more on track.
This bootcamp has been designed to occur in a timezone that is most preferable to people in the AEDT time zone but will also be useful for North Americans who don't mind being up late!
