Advanced Loan Monitoring for Commercial Real Estate Lenders

The Advanced Loan Monitoring for Lender's Course is offered in four consecutive 2 hour modules, starting on Wednesday, May 8th at 10 am Eastern Time and ending on Wednesday, May 29th at 10:00 am Eastern Time. The course will be virtual, offered over Zoom.

The course is designed to provide participants a stronger understanding of loan monitoring as part of other robust lending protocols for a wide variety of construction projects throughout Canada. Specific focus will be given to real world project examples, problem solving exercises and option analysis for common issues that could potentially arise on the construction projects that they may be financing. After taking this course, participants will have gained additional critical analysis skills and tools to help in their decision making processes as they manage an ever more complex lending environment.
