About this event

The Advances in Gynaecologic Imaging and First Trimester Ultrasound is a three-part Learning Series hosted by the University of Toronto Department of Medical Imaging and Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Our local and guest faculty will present the latest evidence-based information, making this a not-to-be-missed learning experience.

DAY Three: Sunday, April 28th, 2024

Focus is on the 11-14-week Ultrasound. Provide discussion and learning regarding pregnancy and fetal screening. What to look for and understand the psychological impact on the patient.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to describe potential diagnostic, management and interventional diagnostic imaging methods that can be incorporated into a treatment and management plan to improve patient outcomes.

Participants will be able to describe a comprehensive first trimester pregnancy assessment and understand how to implement this in their daily practice.
