Who is this conference for?

Anyone living with a life limiting illness, their loved one & caregivers who would like more information on palliative care & more. The general public who want to learn & be prepared for life's twists & turns. For Health Care Professionals who support patients receiving a life limiting diagnosis.

Where is it being held?

The Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre. 100 Casmir Avenue, Dryden.

Do I need to register if I will be there for the lunch?

If you would like to join us for lunch, we require you to register by May 1st, so that we can have the numbers for the caterer.

Do I have to register for attending the talks by the speakers?

Registration for the speakers is not required, but we would appreciate if you would let us know which ones you might be interested in attending, helps us plan for this and future conferences. You are not required to attend all sessions.

What kind of vendors will be there?

We have a variety of vendors who will provide information about services and resources that are available in our community, information on preparing for end of life, alternative care, care for the caregiver, housing and grief support.

Is there a cost associated with the event?

No, the event is free, however, if you plan on attending lunch you must preregister for the event by May 1st.

Do I need to register for the "Don't Duck the Conversation" Advance Care Planning Workshop
