Join us Tuesday, March 15 for a very special evening of American Whisky tasting & food pairing lead by Maker's Mark Diplomat Lindsay Wood.

Each whisky will be matched with it's own food pairing while Lindsay educates the love and virtues of American Whiskey and Maker's Mark

Each ticket includes a four course dinner, four samples and a welcome cocktail created by Petit Bill's own mixologist, Randy Fitzpatrick.

The Whiskies served during the evening will be released closer to the event.

Joining 15+ years of hospitality experience, a love of whisky and passion for cocktail bartending, Lindsay is Eastern Canada’s first Maker’s Mark Brand Diplomat. She loves bringing together people from all over to share their love of people, stories and whisky.
