About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Feel like you need to get away from the city for a retreat but don’t have enough time to actually get away?

Join me for Attune In The City - an intimate Frequency Sound Bath inspired by the event I usually hold on Bowen but this weekend it will be in the city so you don’t have to worry about too much travel time.

Attune is all about checking in with your body, mind, and spirit - tuning into you and tuning up your energy accompanied by the potent sound and frequencies from crystal singing bowls, the gong, drums, and more.

This bath will be a little longer than my other city offerings giving you more time to completely replenish your energy before heading back out into the world.
