Audacity (Intro to Audio Editing) (June 17th, 2024)

Audacity is an amazing free, open source, cross-platform audio software for multi-track recording and editing.

Audacity is a very simple software and extremely useful for recording interviews, making podcasts, making sound collages, creating documentaries, recording songs etc.

In the class we'll understand how to make cuts with, enhance levels and add effects.  We'll explore projects with multi-tracks and showcase the popular tools in this amazing program.
