THE FROG AND THE SALAMANDER – EARLY NEUTRAL CONSULTATION AND INFORMATION FIRST

Brett Degoldi will address the serious challenge of empowering families to choose to stay out of court, using a new intake process of Early Neutral Consultation. Early Neutral Consultation is a single-session, structured, informational meeting used to educate separating couples together about the legal model process choices, tailoring the information to their unique circumstances. This meeting supports couples to make separation pathway choices together and move forwardwith their chosen family law professionals.

Dr. Brett Degoldi (BSC (Hons), LLB, LLM, PhD) is the founder of Family Pathways Centre and is the first in Ontario to provide Early Neutral Consultations to separating couples.

Price: $50.00 plus HST

5:30pm – Cocktails
6:15pm – Barbeque on the patio

Lawyers entitled to 1 hour Substantive CPD.
Attendees receive 20 CPT brochures free of charge (additional brochures $10 for 100). Marketing kits available for purchase at $1.00 per kit.
