Baby Barre - 8 Week Session
Join us for a fun and energetic Baby Barre class at the Blue Quill Community League. This in-person event is perfect for new moms looking to get back to exercise while bonding with their little ones.
Our 5-week session will introduce you to the basics of Barre, a low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. You'll rehab your core, improve flexibility, and tone your muscles, all while having a blast while wearing your baby.
No previous dance or fitness experience is required; I will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident. The class is designed for moms and their babies 6 weeks to 1 year, so feel free to bring your little one along in a carrier.
