Shanleigh & Heather invites you to join us for a night for brewers, featuring a sponsored beer bar, apps, giveaways & more!
Shanleigh Thomson (@Shan.Ferments, Yakima Chief Hops Canada) along with Heather Jerred from Country Malt Group/Canada Malting are hosting a Crop Update and beer event.
Each one of us provide a different perspective to brewers attending about how climate change, inflation and the lingering effects of COVID have affected the raw materials brewers use to produce beer. Shan represents hop growers from the Pacific Northwest primarily, as well as New Zealand, Germany and beyond, and Heather Jerred represents one of the largest established international malt houses and brewing ingredients suppliers in Canada.
We will be conducting 20 minute presentations from 7-8pm, with food and free beer from Pile O' Bones throughout the night. There will also be KILLER giveaways from the suppliers!
Tickets are free but capped at 35 person capacity, so please register on the Eventbrite App! We will have a few tickets available at the door but not saved or guaranteed.
