Wine Growers British Columbia, in partnership with the BC Wine Grape Council, BC Wine Authority, and BC Grapegrowers’ Association are thrilled to host the annual Insight Conference for the BC wine industry on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. This years’ conference will be hosted in person in Penticton, BC, on the unceded territory of the Okanagan (Syilx) People.

Please arrive in time to check-in at registration for 8:30 AM. The Penticton Trade & Convention Centre offers free parking at their location (273 Power Street, Penticton, BC).
The cost of your registration includes all-day access to the conference programming, coffee/tea breaks, and a networking buffet lunch with a Mediterranean menu.
No, the Industry Recognition Awards will be taking place at the same venue the evening before the conference (March 12). Separate tickets are required to attend. Check the 'Add-Ons' section when you purchase your conference ticket.

Yes. Program and session details are posted online as soon as they are finalized. Registered attendees will receive a detailed agenda in order to assist them in planning their day at the conference via email.
Yes. The new 121 room Four Points by Sheraton hotel is adjacent to the convention centre.
No, none of the speaker sessions will be recorded for review after the conference. Presenter presentations and resources will be made available to attendees in the days following the event.
Yes, there is an hour-long networking luncheon scheduled mid-day at the conference. Attendees will be building their own agenda of sessions and can, according to their preference, network in between or during sessions.
