Description

You are invited to the BC ACE's Annual General Meeting to review our activities last year and plans for 2017-2018. It's also a great opportunity to socialize with our board of directors and guests while enjoying snacks and a cup of tea. This year, we have two special guests who will share their insights on the City of Vancouver's Renewable City Strategy and Pembina Institute's report on Deep Emissions Reductions in Existing Building Stock.

Special Speaker:

Matt Horn, Climate Policy Manager, City of Vancouver - Matt will provide an overview of Vancouver’s Renewable City Strategy (http://vancouver.ca/green-vancouver/renewable-city.aspx). He’ll touch on: progress and challenges to date, ongoing actions and policy development, and opportunities for collaboration.

Tom-Pierre Frappé-Sénéclauze, Senior Advisor, Pembina Institute - Tom-Pierre will review the Thought Leader Forum report “Deep Emissions Reduction in the Existing Building Stock”
