BE MORE DIRECT with CRM takes you through the steps of setting up a successful and highly customized sales and marketing multimedia campaign for your organization or business that includes email marketing, direct mail and digital marketing. We provide the training, and ongoing discussions and support to help you maximize the long-term value of your existing and prospective client relationships.

1. Set up your campaign purpose, strategy, message, timing, frequency and budget.
2. Identify who your best customer is before and after you have run a campaign.
3. Map out your campaign route and sequencing.
4. Select and clean your data sources.
5. Launch your campaign.
6. Evaluate your campaign performance on each platform:
- Which platform delivers the best results?
- Which platform delivers the best return on investment?
- What strategies can you use to improve performance?
7. Update your dashboard.
This 7-day workshop begins every Tuesday (pick your start date) and ends the following Monday. Grab a coffee and meet us at 8:15 am every day for one week.
