Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.
It's summertime and that means it's time to fire up the grill with these sensational burgers.
We'll prepare an assortment of homemade burgers made from beef, chicken, and lamb, preparing them in a traditional burger or our signature smash burger.
Toppings? We've got them all. Bacon, caramelized onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, hot peppers, spinach, tzatziki, mushrooms, and an assortment of cheese including cheddar, feta, swiss, and more. We'll even make a batch of our signature BBQ sauce with leftovers going home with each guest to enjoy all summer long.
What goes with burgers? BEER. We'll have plenty of ice-cold locally crafted beer from Upper Thames Brewery in Woodstock
Our evening culminates as we sit down together to enjoy the dishes that you have prepared together. Weather permitting, we'll dine outside on our patio.
The 1909 Culinary Academy is licenced, with a drink list of beer, wine, and cocktails available throughout your event.
Sometimes we have leftovers, so please bring your own reusable containers to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
