Join us as we bring experts, organizations, and community members together for a conversation about lung cancer, breast cancer and mental health.


This free, national, and virtual event will:

  • Empower Black women with health and wellness information tailored specifically to them
  • Provide knowledge and awareness around lung and breast cancer risk factors, prevention, screening and early detection
  • Share educational and community resources that are available for Black women
  • Provide an opportunity to learn from others with lived experience through stories and conversation

Best Health for Black Women is hosted by The Peter Gilgan Centre for Women's Cancers at Women's College Hospital in partnership with The Olive Branch of Hope, The Canadian Cancer Society, Rethink Breast Cancer and The University Health Network (UHN).
