This workshop is intended for early childhood educators, parents, teachers, caregivers, education workers, and any professional working directly with young children!

-What is the body's physiological response to BIG emotions?
-A deep-dive into our individual relationship with BIG emotions
-How 'Conscious Attunement' can lead to 'True Connection' and how to support children from a place of calm
-The impact of 'Sensory-Shifting' when very BIG emotions arise in children
-What are 'Smoke Signals' and the important role they play in addressing BIG emotions?
