Bikini Body Blast Bootcamp are high energy, 45 minutes group fitness training program created for women by women. We incorporate highly effective training methods including circuit, resistance, weight, and Tabatha/Interval to help you BUILD STRENGTH, LOSE WEIGHT and get your ENERGY back in a fun, motivating & caring environment.
Our Bikini Body Blast Bootcamp instructors are certified trainers who specialize in getting you real results. We personalize your fitness & weight loss goals by utilizing effective, holistic, & engaging training programs.
Space is limited- as we like to ensure that every gal receives one-on-one training we only take on 6 ladies at a time. We guarantee you will have a fabulous & effective workout!
