L’événement se déploiera autour de thèmes aussi variés que l’initiation au zéro déchet, les milieux naturels, la biodiversité et l’économie d’eau potable. Autour de deux web-conférences en direct, les participants de tous les âges auront la chance de s’initier au mode de vie « zéro déchet » avec la fondatrice du Circuit Zéro déchet Mme Cindy Trottier en matinée et de découvrir les actions de conservation des milieux naturels et de la biodiversité dans notre région, en après-midi, avec Mme Anaïs Boutin, Directrice protection et conservation chez Éco-Nature au Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles.

• Mme Cindy Trottier se spécialise dans l’art de déjouer les pièges de la consommation après plus de 13 ans dans le domaine de la publicité et de l’impression. Aujourd’hui, elle est consultante en réduction des déchets et fondatrice du Circuit Zéro Déchet, le répertoire en ligne géolocalisant les commerces proposant des solutions «zéro déchet», près de chez vous. Venez rencontrer une spécialiste du mouvement qui démystifiera la question avec vous.

• Détentrice d’une maîtrise en biologie, Anaïs Boutin œuvre au rétablissement des espèces en péril et à la conservation des milieux naturels. Elle travaille pour l’organisme Éco-Nature depuis 2008 où elle est Directrice des programmes de protection et de conservation. Elle réalise des projets visant à protéger et à restaurer la rivière des Mille Îles, et ce, conjointement avec de nombreux partenaires dont la Ville de Rosemère et ses citoyens.

• Anaïs Boutin, MSc (Biology), is committed to helping endangered wildlife and preserving natural habitats. She has been working for Éco-Nature since 2008 and is currently its Protection and Conservation Director. She is in charge of various projects aimed at protecting and restoring the Mille Îles River, working closely with partners such as the Town of Rosemère and its residents.
