  • Receive a 2-week at-home program tailored for new runners


Event Details:

We'll start with a short, social run followed by an informative session at our Vancouver location. Post-run beverages are included with a $8 cover charge to keep this event accessible to all.

Our workshop aims to lay the foundation for your running journey, ensuring it's long, consistent, and injury-free.
