Description

This online class is a dynamic combination of ballet, Pilates and Yoga taken to the next level. Great for working on all parts of that body-oddy-oddy. All from the comfort of your own mat in your own home.

Ideal for dancers, but great for anyone looking to improve their balance, strength, grace, flexibility and body awareness (you do not have to have taken Level 1, we will review the foundational work, but note, this is an intermediate class). Taught by Ruby Moon, a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor as well as an experienced ballerina.

Sign up for the whole 6 weeks, a drop-in session, or combine with our other dance fitness class "Burlesquercise"

The livestream will run Mondays at 7pm, and the video will be available 24 hours later. The videos will be accessible for the whole 6 weeks.

All identities & levels of experience welcome
