Boosting Fundraising Focus and Productivity: Strategies for Success

In the dynamic world of Canadian non-profits, fundraisers face unique challenges all the while striving to help fund their missions and make a meaningful impact. Often, these challenges include expectations for doing work outside of fundraising, for mentoring others, and for growing as a professional. In the resource-constrained environment of our sector, maintaining focus and productivity can be a daunting task. Join our speaker for an engaging session where he will share some of the strategies he has used over his 30 years as a fundraiser to balance performance with sanity.

We will share practical tips and success stories. You'll also be able to network with fellow fundraisers, share best practices, and learn from each other's experiences.

Join us for this session to sharpen your focus, enhance your productivity, and make a lasting impact as a non-profit professional. Whether you're new to fundraising or a seasoned professional, this session will provide you with insights to excel in your role.
