Building on the expansive soundscape of his album Ephemera, Montreal-based Pierre-Yves Martel (modular synthesizer, harmonium, field recordings) presents his recent work featuring modular synthesizers alongside the haunting tones of the harmonium, interwoven with archival and field recordings.

Pianist Marilyn Lerner & trumpeter Nicole Rampersaud’s Brass Knuckle Sandwich is both a conversation and an exploration of a percussive, wind-swept soundscape at the intersection of copper and wood.
