Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at Love & Peace Studio in Vancouver!

Courtney and Rachel are offering a guided breathwork journey to help you connect inwards. This deeply nourishing in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate. Gentle movement, Reiki, sound, and meditation will be woven throughout the workshop. All yoga mats, blankets, and props will be provided.
