Calm Creature Studio presents CALM AUTUMN: A Yoga Retreat set in Wyebridge, Ontario at beautiful Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre facilitated by yoga teacher and Calm Creature Studio founder Karen Agaton. Set on 150 acres in Georgian Bay and a 2-hour drive north of Toronto, you will spend the weekend surrounded by nature, soaking in the changing colours of the leaves, partaking in all styles of gentle yoga and meditation (Restorative, Yin, Hatha, and silent yoga), and nourishing your body with delicious vegan meals. Sugar Ridge will take into consideration dietary restrictions (eg. allergies, celiac, etc.). Whether you are starting your yoga journey, looking to deepen your practice, or simply want to partake in a slow-paced weekend getaway, this 2-night retreat from September 20-22, 2024 is open to all levels. You will take comfort in clean and well kept facilities that are wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly! When you arrive, Sugar Ridge staff will check you in to your cabin in the woods. Shared, semi-private, and private cabin accommodations are available, and are all less than a 1 minute walk to the main building and washrooms. If you're planning to attend with a group of your own, a whole cabin can be reserved with a max of 4 in a cabin.
