REFSA –the City Institute is pleased to announce an event marking the official launching of our Library for Social Democracy.
It will feature a talk by the architect responsible for designing the library, Mr Tey Tat Sing of Tetawowe Atelier. He will speak about his ethos and vision regarding the design of the library. Tat Sing will also share his Part II vision for the Library, the transformation of the entire building and its surrounding area in Pudu into an engaging social space.
This will be followed by the launching of the Library, officiated by Lim Kit Siang from the Democratic Action Party and Wan Hamidi Hamid, ex Roketkini Editor.
REFSA would like to extend our warm invitation to all those interested in joining us to mark this very special occasion. Dinner will be served.
p.s: There will be a book launching following the official launching of the Library featuring Liew Chin Tong, REFSA Chairman and DAP MP for Kluang and Wan Hamidi Hamid.
