2024 Registration Guidelines:
- Expo payment is by credit card only. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
- We cover the 13% registration fee HST in the ticket prices, however, Eventbrite processing fees + HST apply to all registrations.
IMPORTANT:
Your registration will only be considered complete on receipt of full payment. On receipt, we will update your online record as paid, and you will receive an email confirmation/receipt.
2024 Registration Notes:
1. There are three levels of tickets available for purchase:
- All-access pass
- Masterclasses*
- Ticket add-ons - convenient daily box lunches; tickets to the Cocktail Soirée - which can be purchased independent of the Expo.
* If you are registering to participate in a 'Hands-On' Masterclass, you will be provided with a bonus 3-Day All Access Expo Pass. For planning purposes, we will need to know if you plan on using that pass. Also, you are required to send us a copy of the following to events@camaesthetics.ca once you have registered:
a) A valid license with no restrictions
b) Liability insurance.
2. Once registered and payment is confirmed, you will be emailed your official receipt/confirmation from the Eventbrite system. Your ticket is also your confirmation receipt. If your e-mail address is not entered correctly, you will not receive a receipt at the time of your registration. Please contact us at info@canadianaesthetics.com and we will check your registration, make any necessary adjustments to your email address, and re-send your receipt.
3. We will not be mailing a hard copy of your receipt. Print your online receipt or save it to your electronic device. You can also use your receipt to submit to your administrator or school board as proof of having paid for the conference, for reimbursement as needed.
4. Please bring your paper or electronic receipt on your device with you to the conference to provide proof of purchase.

We are delighted to offer a one-month replay feature complimentary with the purchase of your ticket. The replay period begins upon the availability of the videos, typically within 4-6 weeks after the event.
Please note that meals are available for purchase as an add-on during the checkout process.
Recording the sessions is not permitted. We encourage you to focus on absorbing the wealth of knowledge and expertise shared by top professionals in the field. Rest assured, you will receive access to all event recordings within 6 weeks after the event.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another individual.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds as all sales of event tickets are considered final.

For the show, you can wear any attire of your choice. However, we kindly request that attendees wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes for the masterclasses.
