Room Booking Information
CANAAF guests will receive a discounted rate on their rooms starting at $299 per night for Single & Double occupancy.
Please note additional costs for triple and quad occupancy may apply.
Reservations must be made by June 19th, 2024 to receive the CANAAF discounted rate.
The Group Rate is available starting Wednesday, July 17th and ends Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024.
Limited number of rooms available.

Registration Terms
Conference Fee is for all events for the full 3 days. Eventbrite ticket price is for the Conference ONLY (does not include room booking fees).
No reduced pricing for single day ticket sales will be offered.
All attendees require a Conference Pass
Conference refunds not available.
Children Supervised Programming
Supervised programming for children is only available for kids 3+ (.i.e. the child must be 3 or older by July 19th, 2024 to join the Kids Club.).
